Clear golden beer with a zesty hop aroma. The flavour is a very sharp, sweet citrus with hops, leaving a sweet, tangy finish. Nice but the strength and sweetness mean I wouldn’t want more than a couple at most.

Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is little soft with fine carbonation. Light malts, Piney hops that start a little sweet and then turn fairly bitter. Touch of mint. Light semi dry finish. Pretty drinkable.

Floral, sweet and slightly fruity flavor and aroma. Good bitterness that sits down in the upper part of the mouth of a weak moment. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Bottle. Golden with a white foam. Aromas are biscuit and cereal with nettle and green pine. Hints of whiskey barrel with bready yeast and lemon. Flavours are cereal grain with lemon and green pine. Leafy with peppery alcohol. Herbal with spritzy lemony yeast and sudsy notes. Green and boozy.

Keg at BD Shoreditch, 24/05/14. Clear golden with a big old off white head. Nose is citric sherbet, grass, perfumed notes, light bread dough, tangerine, a little thin for the stlye/ABV. Taste comprises floral hop, sweet tones, citric sherbet, parma violets, Love Heart sweets, Refreshers, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Easy drinking number but all a bit sweet and floral, lacks balance and needs an injection of bitterness and hops!

Draught at The Potting Shed, Edinburgh on 18 May. Poured amber, with a dense off-white head. Aroma of candied fruit, grapefruit and biscuity malt. Quite a syrupy mouth feel. Flavours of marmalade, caramel and herbal. Finish was chewy malts, bitter resin and fruit peal.

Pours deep gold with good head. Rich, sweet lychee and mango along with an earthy resin. Moderate fusels start to come out as it warms up. More fresh, sweet tropical fruits and on the palate. Slight hint of warming alcohol. Distinct resinous bitterness on the end that balances but doesn’t linger too long. Medium-thick mouthfeel with medium carbonation.
