COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Launched 2009.
Ingredients: Water, Malted barley, Root ginger, Malted wheat, Sugar, Lemon rind, Lemon juice, Yeast.
A traditional style ginger beer, made with a malt base, lashings of fresh ginger root, a touch of organic cane sugar, lemon juice & yeast… that’s it. Our ginger has a distinctly ’beery’ taste without the bitterness of hops. Creating a refreshing, malty spiced brew.

the aroma of ginger root and, a little bit, lemon... ginger dominates in taste... also some malty and citric notes... ginger bitterness... rough dry finishing...

Lemon with suspended sediment. Aromas of dried and fresh ginger. Little taste but perhaps very light sweet and bitter. Surprisingly flat. Faint ginger burn on the throat. Better low alcohol ginger options are available.

Butelka 0.5L.

Bottled, from Kiplishalli, Kilpisjärvi, Finland. Hazy golden, small head. Distinct ginger aroma. Sweet and fruity with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Buttery with some sugar and plenty of ginger that leaves a burning sensation in a syrupy finish.

Sample at SBWF 2013. Lots of ginger on the nose. Same with the taste. Probably works well with thai food.

Starkes Ingwer Aroma. Wenig Schaum. Bernsteinfarben. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
