COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Launched 2009.
Ingredients: Water, Malted barley, Root ginger, Malted wheat, Sugar, Lemon rind, Lemon juice, Yeast.
A traditional style ginger beer, made with a malt base, lashings of fresh ginger root, a touch of organic cane sugar, lemon juice & yeast… that’s it. Our ginger has a distinctly ’beery’ taste without the bitterness of hops. Creating a refreshing, malty spiced brew.

Bottle, 500mL. Home. A pale golden clear beer with a small white head poorly persistant. Aroma of ginger (strong), lemon (intense), pepper, sugar. Heavy sweet ; not warming... really burning. Dragon Smaug is back !! Full body, average texture, soft carbonation, sweet spicy lasting burning finish. Overall, not finished this one ! OK it’s drinkable nevertheless it’s too spicy peppery sugary ; first and last beer of the evening...

Aromat: świeżo starty imbir, trzcina cukrowa, ziołowe aromaty chmielowe Smak: najpierw szczypta słodyczy, a później imbirowa pikantność, naprawdę mocno zaznaczona, finnisz lekko chmielowy. Ciekawy eksperyment, choć piłem z kilkanaście lepszych piw z tego browaru.

War da wirklich Ingwer drin ? Hat das Piwo wirklich geschmeckt ? Mitnichten. Recht dumpf und dünn mit einer nur angedeuteten Ingwernote. Daneben getreidig, schwachbrüstig, immerhin trinkbar.

McTapps (5579) - Ruhrcity, GERMANY - FEB 6, 2015
Bottle from Rudat in Dortmund. The beer has got a light hazy amber-red colour with a low head and medium to thin body. Aroma of sweet ginger, bread and malt. Taste of ginger beer, malt, mild fruits, flowers, mild yeast and light herbs. Sweet aftertaste. Nothing very good.

ElDesmadre (2218) - Mikołów, POLAND - FEB 2, 2015
Bottle. Citrus and ginger flavour. Very sweet, almost no bitterness, but the sweetness is balanced by the very spicy ginger finish. And that works surprisingly well. Different and very tasty.
