Bottle from the deli in Shrewsbury. Has lagery looks with a pale golden body and white head. Sweet at first but with lots of hops flavour kicking in to leave a more bitter finish. It’s fruity with citrus, caramel, pine and some floral notes too. Very nice and drinkable.

330ml bottle (£2.80, Inn Deep, Glasgow):
A hoppy citrus aroma with some grapefruit and tropical fruits along with a moderately bitter aroma and about average nose strength.
Clear, light golden amber with a thin and patchy lacing on top.
Citrus to start off the taste although this comes across stronger than in the nose. There is some grapefruit and bitterness with the tropical fruits coming through. I could detect some spice as well and some floral hops coming through.
Smooth and light medium bodied beer with a good pine bitterness and plenty of hops with a nice citrus tang. Carbonation levels are medium.

A pleasant and somewhat refreshing taste that proved very easy to drink. The beer went down well and although not one I’d seek out again, it is a beer that I will probably have again at some point in the future.

Almost more like a lager than an IPA, not much on the hops more of a malty beer. Bitterness from the hops is low, not a big fan.

Bottle at Craig’s house. Light golden and clear. A little head. Quite thin and not gassy.

Ipa molto inglese, abbastanza maltata e con una luppolatura leggera e dolcemente agrumata, amaro poco persistente. Piacevole e beverina.

Bottle. Inviting fruity hop aroma. Flavour is peach, mango with a lemon bitterness. Caramel malt provides a good balance. Falls a bit short of an IPA in my opinion - more of an APA - actually a lot like Sierra Nevada PA.
