3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On keg at Cloisters. Pours a golden colour with a fair white head. A hoppy aroma of pine, caramel and alcohol. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. Nice.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
500 ml bottle in Oban Scotland.
BB date of 1/2018.
Clear golden body with a generous, durable foamy head. Nice lacing.
Excellent smooth feel with lively but soft carbonation.
Plenty of hops in the aroma. These are more subdued in the flavor. Mild bitterness.
Overall: one of the best U.K. IPA’s I’ve tried.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Coop. Wickedly hoppy it is not. Easy drinking with some light malty notes and some hops, but that’s it, really. Some bitter and sweet notes in the aftertaste.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
It’s a nice easy drink, Joker. It’s not too complicated, it’s light and it’s fizzy. Not overly hoppy and has a mild bitter taste. It’s a go to bottle in bars without a great stock list.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Not the most exciting IPA iv ever had. Described as wickedly hoppy, which made me buy it and tbh its really not. Its got some orange peel, grassy floral hopp tastes going on but to me its just a bit watery and week. Ok.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Worthy of the style when so many fall short. Hoppy on the nose. Good bitter sweet balance. Citrus, zesty kick with ABV back up and bitterness to linger. Really good bottled IPA.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pint in Fiddler’s Arms, Edinburgh. Pale yellow with white head, glossy like meringue mix. Aroma very crisp with buckets of hops - lemon, pine and bubble gum. Dry and well carbonated. Lingering oily mouthfeel. Overall refreshing and tangy. Also, served here super fresh! Fantastic.
