Nieprzenikniona czerń z kremową, jasnobeżową, dość szybko zanikajacą pianką. Lekki zapach na granicy kawy i czekolady. W smaku - najpierw lekka kawowość i mleczna czekolada, z kwaskowatą, owocową goryczką. Bardzo pijalne.

Bottle, 500ml. Black colour with a medium brown head. A roasted malt aroma with some wet dog notes. Flavour of roasted malt with coffee, treacle and a little chocolate. A little citrus in the finish with a bit of a funky kick (probably the coriander). Watery on the palate. Sounds like a cross between a stout and a Belgian wit; doesn’t really work for me.

Bottle 500 ml from La Cave du Haut Jura - St Laurent-en-Grandvaux (F). Almost black with a tan head, some laces. Aromas of cocoa, roasted malt, café, notes of licorice. The taste is roasted, dark fruits, licorice, bitter chocolate, coffee, cream and orange. Bitterness of roasted and hop-zest, it leaves an orange aftertaste. Light and smooth. Pleasant.
