3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask at Draft House Charlotte, 30/10/13.
Lightly hazed golden blond with a moderate sized bubbly off white head.
Nose is toasty malts, orange peel, citrus zest, grassy.
Taste comprises orange pith, light tropical notes, toasted malt, straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grassy bitterness in the finish.
Nice stuff - English PA/strong GB affair - not a bitter.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Taste: very bitter, little sweet
Overall: starts refreshing, but the sticky bittersweetness becomes tedious, quite flat too.
