Cloudy light golden with slim lacing white head. Vibrant clementine squeeze in the nose, light tinniness. Initial taste is stern juicy lemon bitterness, clean then a dusty malt. Easy going mouthfeel, fairly neat cloying aids the finish of terse dry bitterness and a weak orange juice box puff.

Keg, Bow Bar, Oktoberfest

Theydon_Bois (9720) - The ’Sham, Surrey, ENGLAND - NOV 2, 2013
Cask at Draft House Charlotte, 30/10/13. Lightly hazed golden blond with a moderate sized bubbly off white head. Nose is toasty malts, orange peel, citrus zest, grassy. Taste comprises orange pith, light tropical notes, toasted malt, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grassy bitterness in the finish. Nice stuff - English PA/strong GB affair - not a bitter.

Aroma: citrus Taste: very bitter, little sweet Quick sticky Overall: starts refreshing, but the sticky bittersweetness becomes tedious, quite flat too. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
