Bottle: Copper coloured, a bit unclear, small off-white head, sweetish citrussy and slightly honeyish nose with a delicate bitter touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied and soft; mild but lingering herbal and fruity finish. O.K., no doubt…

Smells of orange, lemon zest and spruce. Very fresh, with some citrus. Taste is lightly malty with some bitterness coming trough, looks pretty nice with average retention but large head, finish isn’t very exciting but it’s a nicely done and tasty beer. I really enjoyed drinking it.

shared @ DE-CH-F TriStateTasting. wine gum nose, with the characteristic taste of young spruce tips eaten directly from the tree: lemony, sour, fresh, with a bitter finish. A simple beer, but nicely done.

50cl bottle courtesy of bastarda@1st Freiburg Tri-state tasting, danke! Spruce tips and peach bathfoam perfume. Taste of brittle apricot cake, crisply baked. Nice aromatised bitter.

Bottle 33cl @ 1st RB DE-CH-F Tasting. A clear golden beer, nose is on caramel and blue berries. Aroma is very floral with mint and orange touch, red fruit touch, bit dry, not my cup of tea.

Bottle. Clear amber bronze with a rocky off white head. Aroma is clean and hoppy. Flavour is more hops floral and citrus, hint of spice, medium bitter finish. Wasn’t expecting much from it but really enjoyed it in the end.

Thanks to Seanyfo for this one! Pale orange in the glass, malty-neutral nose. The beer starts malty and bitter. Nicely smooth. Caramel, hints of citrus, but all a bit weak. A slightly sweet taste is in the foreground, bitterness comes closer to the end. Bloomy, flouwery hop-aroma join in as well. The aftertaste is long, a bit too sweet (for me), nicely bitter, floral hops and caramel malt.

50cl bottle thanks to Keith from Williams. Appearance - somewhere between golden and amber. Nose - very much malt dominated with just a touch of herby-citrus coming through to clean things up. Taste - honey nut cornflakes with lemon. Palate - medium bodied, creamy in texture and fairly refreshing finish. Overall - another good ale from Williams if not one of their best.

Bottled 02/11/13. A copper coloured beer with a hint of rose and a white head and lace. A really nice beer. Fruity citrus and turkish delight. A bit of soap too. A perfumed nose. Really tasty with great fruits. Very nice indeed.
