Beer containing tayberry juice. The tayberry is a hybrid of a raspberry and a blackberry, named after the Tay valley region of Scotland. Roisin is pronounced Rosheen.

500 ml bottle, bought at Vaaland, Bryne. Amber to red hue, with white, frothy foam that settles quickly. The aroma is raspberries and malt, and some earthy basement aromas that rather remind me of too old lager or spoilt bread. Verging on unpleasant. Sweet taste. A bit thin. Not quite sure what to make of this.

Salmon-amber with light creme head. Fresh, juicy berry nose that veers towards raspberry, yet has more dark nuances to it. The hops and berries mixture does not come together as well as I would hope. Hops are a tad skunked. It has potential--perhaps a fresher version would shine. The berry character is enjoyable and the body has just the right weight to it.

500 ml bottle from Vaaland rated at home. Hazy, sparkling golden body with a small off-white head. Raspberries, fruits and faint malt notes on the nose. Fruity yeasty sourish bitter. Medium body. Light astringent. Bitter on the back of the tongue. Medium carbonation.

Backlog nov/dec 2010, on bottle from Centra at Majorstuen. Reddish color, ok foam. Fruty aromas. Light/medium body & complexity. Not my kind of beer

On bottle at the Art Bar, Dundee, Scotland... was a must try as the berries are from the area and I love this brewery. Found it to be quite a near pale, light and watery beer however the berries were good. It isn’t quite to my palate and is a bit too light for my liking however it wasn’t a bad beer.

500 ml bottle. Pours an opalescent pinkish amber colour and a pale head. Strong aroma of raspberry which continues into the flavour yet not that sweet so pleasant and refreshing hop finish.

Pink in colour with thick pectin haze, very little head. Fairly thick and slightly sticky in texture. In aroma and taste the overriding flavour is fruit. Rather sweet, very fruity, minimal bitterness. As usual for Williams Brothers, this is something a little different and while not my favourite of their offerings this is interesting and well worth trying.

Orange colour, minimal head. Sweet fruit flavor, peach mainly. A bit too sweet to my taste, but not bad at all.

Bottle 50cl, a cloudy pink-red beer with small reddish head. Nose is very intense on berries. Aroma is dry, low malty, with fruit presence and astringency, low body, floral finish with strawberries notes. Low acidity, watery, I think a good one for the summer.

500ml bottle. Red/pink body, thin lacing. Slight sweetness, overwhelming berries. Refreshing.
