Golden colored, no head. Aroma is interesting with dominating raspberries, still some perfumy tones there. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is more sour with raspberries and some dry touch, aftertaste dries even more. Hops balance this beer nicely in the end.

Bottled (thanks GarethYoung). Golden colour, small white head. Lots of raspberry and other berries, a lot of brierhip. Flavour is ainly bitter dry hops and sour fruits.

Clear, spritzy and pinkish with a creamy head of froth. Cut grass and stemmy raspberry in the snout. Enough hop bite and biscuity malt to steer it well away from alcopop territory. The sharpness of the berries is quite well-integrated, but pronounced enough to be refreshing. Spoilt by a nasty departing note of shampoo bitterness. Intriguing, but not wholly convincing.

Bottled. Clear golden, creamy head. Rosebud aroma. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied. Sort of a dortmunder with undefined fruits added - perhaps raspberry and rosebud. Low-medium bitterness. Peculiar,. but I find it interesting.

Dark honey golden yellow color (some pink there), not much head. Butterscotch in the nose with unclean grainy, berry-like aroma. Harsh rasberry flavor. Quite simple, like some Belgain low alco rasberry fruit beers. Nothing really special.

(Bottled) Hazy pink with no head. Diluted raspberry aroma. Acidic berry flavor. Pretty light and diluted overall, plus unbearably acidic. Not good, but then again, my tastebuds are pretty dead and the bottle has stood on the table for a few hours...

Bottle, Odd Bins, Summertown. Slighty rosy copper. Not "pink" as the label suggests. Lots of white head that settles into a small but persistant skim. Dusky bread aroma, a bit of berry, but man it is faint. A fruity yeast strain would give more than the stingy whiff here. Grassy flavor, very light berry sweetness, a bit of lingering pithy hops. I can see how this could be something nice from the cask, still full of bright yeast character. As is, palatable, but not particularly noteworthy.

Off-white, quite stable medium head, looking solid. Well-carbonated, light amber clear beer with a reddish(?) shine. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with aroma’s of dusty, slightly sulphury & cheesy hops. The fruit aroma reminds me of gooseberry at best, but the hops are distinctive. I do know Tayberries quite well, but this doesn’t ring a bell. Ever so slightly sourish, faint fruity flavour, and a brief, but unmistakable surge of hops. Palate is more MF than taste: vaguely fruity and well-carbonated. Light body, and drops a bit dead despite all the CO². First of the Williams Bros.’ beer that disappoints me rather. 2 serious hints for Messr. Williams: use whole fruit next time - and a LOT of it (brambles don’t work very well in lambic neither), and 2), bottle-condition!
