Bottled. Slightly hazy golden color with a frothy white head that do not last too long but keeps a nice lacing. Aroma is citrus and malty, notes of pine. Flavor is bitter and a little bit salty, some sweetness comes up in the end. Mediu to high carbonation, medium body with a thin textures and bitter finish. Nice drinkability, refreshing.

Bottle from Aldi for £1.49. This is a personal favourite of mine. I find it sweet without being cloying or too filling. The lemon and the elderflower complement each other, rather than competing, adding to the taste.

UPDATED: OCT 29, 2015 Nice looking extraordinary ale. Better drink slow and regardfully to feel all those great qualities like medium bitter at the beginning, cereal taste with a touch of elderberry and lemon, noble aftertaste at the end. Great job, Williams bros!

Enjoyable easy drinking bitter. Lager coloured, with a generous white head. Body is light and creamy. Aroma is floral and hoppy. Taste starts off light and fruity - lemon and orange - with different layers of caramel and toffee malt becoming apparent further down the line.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear golden-amber, off-white smallish head. Light and delicate hoppy and malty aroma: some quince, jammy fruit. The taste is even more restrained, moderate malty and fruity sweetness with notes of peach ham. Light bitter finish. Not bad, but sometimes you feel like drinking a (maltier) lager.
