7 Giraffes combines an electric blend of 7 varieties of malted barley with fresh cone hops from around the world, wild elderflowers and lemon zest to create a refreshing, aromatic and moreish beer. Ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Malted Wheat, Hops, Elderflower, Lemon Zest, Yeast.

Clear medium yellow amber color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, herbs, flowers - elderberryflowers, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Bittenes is green elderberyy bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (180508)

Århus2008. 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Light hoppy towards fruity aroma. Initially with a light peachy to grapefruity flavour. Goes into a dry and fruity finish with a solid hops base and a mild malt flavour.

Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear copper colored beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with quite strong notes of spices. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and hay.

Aroma is bready and caramelly malts along with quite big fruity and floral hoppyness. Flavour is much the same along with some mild notes of honey as well as grass and wood in the finish. Pleasant sessionESB.
