Aroma of sweet fruits (almost like canned fruits with syrup), notes of caramel and honey, grain, walnuts, elderflower without the earthy character. Lemon zest in the finish. Taste is lightly sweet and light to medium bitter. Soft carbonation. Good! Interesting blend of aromas, sessionable.

"extraordinary ale" as stated on the label is a bit exaggerated. however, this ale is far better than the fraoch heather ale. well, for my taste. nice herbal and citrus aromas define this ale. but is tastes like all Williams Bros. ale of this type. the "Birds and Bees" ale is similar to this one. anyway, this ale is a nice experience.

ersma: das bier heißt so, weil sieben malzsorten verwendet wurden. dazu sind doldenhopfen, holunderblüten und zitronnschale drin.
kräftig goldfarben, anständige verschäumung.
der geruch ist fruchtig und blumig mit deutlkicher holundernote, dazu hopfen.
der antrunk ist zitrusfruchtig undleicht bitter, aromen von holunder sind vorhanden, auhc etwas grapefruit. die mitte ist bitter-fruchtig und herber. kirsche und holunder. der abgang ist recht herb, darunter aber ein malzig-süßliches fundament.
die flasche ist ansehnlich.
fazit: schöne fruchtigkeit bei angenehmer herbe. probierenswert.

Bitter couleur paille, limpide, mousse fuyante. Les agrumes sont très présent et spécialement le citron. Une pointe d'épices, le tout est relativement complexe mais agréable. Petite amertume en bout de course mais trop courte en bouche. Bon équilibre du sucre.

Bottle at praha, tampere. Little hazy deep golden color, small white head. Malty aroma with fresh hoppy touch. Sweet malty taste with hoppy kick, medium body.

Super piwo lekko mglisto-metne, ale bez drożdzy w butelce. Aromaty się mieszają słodkie z gożkimi, aromatyczne z wytrawnymi. Piana średnia ale błyskawicznie opada. Smak goryczkowy jednak przeważa. Finisz jak przystalo na ESB bardzo wytrawny.

500ml bottle. Dark yellow/orange with a medium white/beige head and some lacing. Orane zest, light bread, honey and elderflowers. Light body, 5,1% ABV. Nice product. The elderflowers suited surprisingly well.
