3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
(50 cl bottle) pours a clear golden colour with a quickly disappearing head. Aroma of sweet fruits (almost like canned fruits with syrup), notes of caramel and honey, grain, walnuts, elderflower without the earthy character. Lemon zest in the finish. Taste is lightly sweet and light to medium bitter. Soft carbonation. Good! Interesting blend of aromas, sessionable.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500ml brown bottle, poured into a pint glass. Appearance is slightly hazy orange colored with a medium sized frothy beige head, that when reduced left some lacing. Aroma of Elderflowers, lemon zest and orange marmalade. Flavours of Elderflowers, orange peels, lemon zest, wheat bread and caramel. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Palate is medium bodied, slightly oily texture and average carbonation. An interesting beer with a quite notable pleasant presence of Elderflower. Refreshing, citrusy and light, easy to session. According to the brewers description Seven Giraffes is an "aromatic IPA", and I would unquestionably agree that it is.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
500ml bottle. Pours a clear golden amber, with a small off-white head, which lasts reasonably well and leaves good lacing. Floral hops mix well with the elderflower and a touch of citrus, to sit over a caramel malt aroma base. Elderflower and citrus hops come in first, with slightly sweet lemon zest joining them. There is a good malt backbone, with plenty of caramel in the mid-palate. Lemon zest and citrus hops give it a nice refreshing finish. This is a good bitter, elevated nicely by the elderflower and lemon zest.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Thanks to Seanyfo for this bottle. The beer starts mild and Ale-typical with an interesting nice citrus aroma. The mainpart is a bit watery, but has beside the Ale a nice fresh lemon and flowery taste. The aftertaste is long, flowery-lemon, nice Ale-characteristics and a malty-dry ending.
Very nice and decent session-beer! --> 10/12/11/11

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
As per the description, lemon zest and elderflower yet with a decent malt backing and a dry finish. A very decent beer and one I can imagine enjoying all the more in the summer months!
