[cask at the Baillie, Edinburgh] Pours amberish brown, with a decent white head. Aroma of caramel malt, ginger and some sprucey pine. Gentle fruity malt on the palate, some sweetness, and then a distinct aftertaste of spruce - not quite to the extent of Nollaig or Alba, but it’s there [18122011]
