On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates immediately and completely. Aroma has earthy pear with a bit of sugary sweetness. Flavor has earthy pear with a syrupy sweetness the grows.

Yeah, dude...sir perry awaits. Maybe this rating will benefit from the 17% port barrel infused stout I’m still buzzing from...maybe, but I doubt it. The rating won’t be better, but my review will at least be more interesting. Aroma...pears! Bartlett, bosc, or maybe because it’s from England, Vicar of Winkfield? Pliny suggested Falernian pears, but I doubt that. Who the hell cares...it smells like pears, or more aptly, pear syrup and maybe a little lemon. By appearance, it’s a clear yellow with a thing ringed white head and moderate carbonation. Tastewise...pears, I guess, other acidic sweet fruit like apple and grape are there too. I dont’ know...it’s not my thing; I buy these to reduce and simmer some fresh pears in for a kick ass dessert, and not to drink. Trust me, Sir Perry, I won’t destroy you, you’re actually quite refreshing, and miles ahead of a macro lager any day.

Big fucken can @ home, picked up at Supermarket Liquor Fort Collins and shared with LeninCat. Pours a clear golden appearance with a fizzy white head that quickly disappears. Buttery, slightly burnt/caramelized, apple/pear, white wine, nasty aroma. Spritzy, apple juice, white grape, candy, pear, lightly tart, soda flavor. Worst perry I’ve ever had. Hard to drink.

Appearance: A crystal clear blend of peach and berry juice with rose water – intriguing to say the least. A steady stream of bubbles help support a bubbly collar. No head.
Nose: Dried strawberries and dried apples. Strawberry and apple angel food cake. A little too sweet in the back – hints of artificial sweeteners. Astronaut ice-cream?
Palate: Thin with the flavor concentrated in the middle of each quaff. Watered down astronaut strawberry and apple ice-cream. There is a harsh acidic bite in the back of each swallow which is rather off-putting. Rose’s lime juice along the sides.
Final Thoughts: Overall a rather bland and artificial tasting cider with berries added to it. How much real fruit was used versus fruit flavored extracts is left to one’s best guess. There are far better ciders out there, with or without additional fruit.

Pear > Apple in the cider world. This goes down so easy it must evaporate or something!

Not a particularly great cider. Starts off dry, but then gets a syrupy sweetness. Lingering chemical aftertaste.

Can from HogTownHarry. clear pale gold green thin lasting head. Some pear aroma. Hey I think it is alright. Some sweetness. But it does have a bit of sourness from it. I kinda liked it. Drinkable.

pours extra pale yellow with a small white head. bit of sweet apples, faint pears, bit of cheese, light yeastiness, hint of lactose-like sweetness, grass. moderate carbonation, light body, semi-sweet and lightly herbal short finish. o-k, still a DP.
