Pear, yogurt, and subtle peach aromas. Clear gold with a quickly fading, white head. Dry grain alcohol and cheap pinot grigio flavors. Light body, low carbonation, and a clean, fruity finish.

16oz can for $1 at the grocery store. Pours clear golden. Weak white foam. No retention. Mild to low carbonation. Nose is butterscotch, a bit rancid, vinegar and salt. Taste is similarly salt and vinegar chips, tart green apple. Not fresh tasting. Could be infected? Not sure but certainly is not fruity or quenching.

Clean and crisp. Pours a nice sparkling gold. Smells of pear, alcohol and mild vinegar, tastes much the same with vinegar coming to the fore.

(old notes) Can, shared with cider-loving girlfriend. Pours a clear gold with a bit of lacing head. Aroma of pears, grapes, and alcohol. Taste is all pear - sweet and crisp with a nice bite of alcohol. Pleasant all around.

16.9 oz can. Pours clear pale gold with a dissipating crackling white head that leaves a ring. Aroma is fruit gone bad, sad to say. Taste starts out sweet before becoming quite tart. The rotten fruit present in the nose is accounted for in flavor, as well, but it’s not as pungent. Carbonation is low compared to most commercial examples, but still very much present. Drinkable, but not too impressive.

Decent can, light pour. Aroma of apple and fruit. The taste is good for a perry, which are often pretty bland. It is more sour than expected but not a lot of pear flavor - it seems more like green apple. Better than expected, but I wasn’t expecting much. It probably would mix pretty easily.

Tastes alright. Lots of pear here. Some alcohol. Some sourness. Pretty much tastes like a cider. tall can.

Mild, slightly sour aroma. Sweet, if somewhat bland flavor. To me, tastes more like apple than pear. Decent change of pace, especially on a warm summer day.

Can from App vintner - clear very pale yellow with little head. Aroma is of tart pears. Taste is a bit tart but not sour. This is better than the other perry I have tried, but it feels mid-table when compared to some of the great things being done with cider.
