Bomber from moms beer run. A smooth caramel malt and light hop pale. Slight herbal hop profile. The malt is the dominant character here. Some toasty grain but a big sticky caramel full body.

Bomber thanks to the Jarretts. Orangy amber with a off white head that disappears fairly quickly. Pleasant light and semi-sweet malt with a floral and light hops presence, orange pulp and a bit musty. Moderate carbonation and mild body, slightly bitter with some orange rind at first, then become drier and more bitter. Decent.

Bottle... Clear amber pour with a small, fizzy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is moderately malty and a touch rooty - sassafras and ginger. Medium-bodied with average carbonation. The flavor is well-balanced, providing notes of toasted barley and cream soda with a splash of black tea. The spicy hops do a good job of evening things out without stealing the show. Tongue-numbing, minerally finish.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Velkyal (263) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - APR 8, 2013
On draft, for Session Beer Day at McGrady’s in Charlottesville. Pours a slightly cloudy dark orange with a thin head that dissipates quickly, leaving little in the way of lacing. The aroma is a soft breadiness and a full on assault of seville orange, slightly earthy and spicy hoppiness. Taste is big juicy sweet maltiness, with touches of fresh bread and a light toffee note mixed with dollops of citric hop bitterness and a long clean, and refreshing, finish. Medium bodied, very well balanced and wonderfully drinkable. More like this please.

UPDATED: APR 21, 2013 Orange, peach, caramel, lemon grass, and floral aromas, with some cocoa notes. Lightly hazy orange with quickly diminishing, off-white head. Some sweetness that shines a little more than do the bitter hops, malty flavors of bread and cocoa. Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, and finish is somewhat sweet, fruity, and mildly bitter.

Bottle shared here a couple months ago. Poured a muddy honey orange body with a quick fading average sized foamy white head. Aroma was blah, notes of bad orange marmalade, old flowers, and an overly sweet aroma all around. Fizzy carbonation over a medium body with a chalky finish. Luckily the flavor is better then the aroma, notes of seltzer with flower petals, bread crusts and yeast. Blah, this one sucks.
