COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A contemporary pale ale, showcasing American malts and hop varieties. An assertive but not overpowering ale for the American Pale Ale drinker. In the 1970’s American Craft-Brewers created the microbrewery revolution, and it was “American Pale Ale” with it aggressive use of hops and creative grain bill that lead the charge.

Beautiful burnt copper color with standing head. Creamy mouthfeel with spicy hops. Not IPA style hoppiness but substantial. Good mouthfeel and lingering hoppy finish. Another good job here!

Nice brew for a small brewery. Very hoppy and smooth aftertaste. Pours a nice golden yellow with a small white head.

Bottle. Pours amber with no head. Nose is tea leaves and citrus. Taste retains tea like quality and lots of lemon. Palate is relatively full with sufficient carb. Thinking this bottle is past it's prime. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured a hazy amber with a nice off white head, some lacing is present. Nice carbonation. Hoppy aroma combined with some citrus fruit (it’s no really too strong). Taste is nice and bitter, hoppy some sweetness from malts and hints of caramel to balance it. Nice drinkable American Pale Ale.

Bottle from Wegmans. Pours clear orange with a medium sized white head, active carbonation in the glass. The aroma is primarily floral but there is an undertone of citrus. The taste has a piney note up front followed by light citrus, and a lightly sweet finish.. a little dry and earthy. This is okay but pretty middle of the road.. it’s been a pretty Meh night of drinking.

Crisp clear golden pour with an orange hue and white crest. Light hop, sweet citrus and sugary yeast aroma. Taste is better with an almost peppermint finish but still hoppy, though not overpowering. Enjoyable APA and very easy to drink

THOUGHTS: Solid pale ale. Nothing crazy, just well made. TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a hazy, light to medium, brownish orange with an average, off-white head that kept a thin sheet and left fair lacing. The aroma was a little weak, but contained light caramel and pale malts; light to moderate citrus hops; light pine hops; and slight mint hops. The initial flavor was slightly sweet and moderately bitter; while the finish was lightly sweet and nearly heavily bitter with fairly long duration. There was pale malt, honey, slight caramel, citrus hops, resinous hops, apricot, peach. The medium body was slightly watery with tingly carbonation and a lightly astringent and slightly metallic finish.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with chunky sediment. Large bubbles in a short lived head. Sweet mild malt aroma. Some citrus notes and a very bitter finish.

UPDATED: NOV 25, 2012 Heavy on the malt, low on hops for an IPA. Not that impressed. Below average.
