Growler. Dark ruby amber with a dense, sturdy tan head. Aroma is sweet malt, candied fruit, and yeast notes. Taste is mostly sweet malt, ripe and candied fruits, dark fruit, caramel, yeast, and cake notes. Body is medium with a creamy carbonation and a mild alcoholic warmth. Finishes with more candied fruit, dark fruit, sweet malt, caramel, rum cake, yeast and booze.

Began promising. Taste is okay, but it has very sweet finish, a bit too sweet for my liking, but not horrible.

Growler shared by MaltDawg at Slutfest 3, Richmond, VA, 4/21/12. Pours a hazy amber color with a frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of spice, stone fruits, toasted malts, a salty note, herbal hops and toffee. The taste is very sweet toffee malts, candied sugary fruits and a bit of booze. Medium bodied.

Growler @ SF. Light brown with little head. Smells like grape bubble gum. Not too sweet, a little boozy, has a cider quality.

Sampled at Slutfest 3. Hazy reddish pour with ring of tan head. Very syrupy sweet. Sugary nose, and fake sugary flavor. Fake cherry cough syrup. Not horrible, but much too sweet for my taste.
