12 oz bottle from dkachur. Hazy, dirty gold with a small off white head. Sweet malt nose, lightly floral and spicy heather. Mild, sweet flavor, herbal, spicy heather, lightly grainy. Soft medium-light body. Not bad for what it is.

@Richmond/Williamsburg get together-12 oz bottle-pours an off white ring for a head and hazy yellow/gold color. Aroma is apple, heather, light malt. Taste is slightly tart apple cider, secondary heather, light malt. OK/mild effervescence.

Bottle sampled at RBSG ’08. This brew pours with a deep golden body topped by a thin to medium thick head with some lacing left behind. It’s floral with a little tartness, some sweet notes and underlying bitter notes. Light bodied, crisp and dry.

12 ounce bottle from a sampler. Batch code Orange pour with no head. Heather appears in the aroma with citrus and caramel notes. The heather is less noticeable amongst the sweet grainy notes in the taste, showing up as a more herbal note. Thick and syrupy texture. I’m not a fan. No signs of infection. Batch code 088017.

12 oz bottle. Amber color. Aroma is slightly sweet, with malty, spice notes. I didn’t seem to have the same problems other raters seem to have had. My batch code is 088017 as well.
