2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a clear orange, lttle head. Aroma - banana, little bit of spice, some wheat sweetness. Taste - some sweetness, minor fruit notes, but this tastes more like a blonde than a tripel. It isnít bad, but it is not a tripel imo. A little thin on palate.

Got a bomber at the brewery. Golden color with minimal head. Biscuity, leathery, grapefruit aroma. Actually quite enticing. The taste is slightly bitter with bread and oats flavor. Finishes dry.

11/18/2013. 22 oz. bottle. Pours orange with a short white head. Toffee, malt, citrus and grassy aromas. Buttery texture. Flavors of light fruit, malt, spice and a bit of hops. Decent tripel, but not one for the books.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear golden pour with decent ring of bright white head. Smells faintly of banana bread and vanilla. Flavor is honeysuckle and lilac. Very sweet. A little syrupy, and a little hot. This is not exactly my favorite style - even though I use to seek these out all back when I first started drinking good beer - but even still, I donít think this particular one is all that great either. Alewerks has done some PHENOMENAL beers, but this is not one of them.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled during CBC 2013. Orange pour with a small off-white head. Good aroma, ripe fruits, sugars, yeast, a light maltiness. Even better flavor, not too sweet, ripe fruits, balanced sugar and malts, a bit of yeast. Tasty execution by an American brewery.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours with the expected visuals, bright golden and topped with a thin, sticky top. The beer drinks with a pleasant fruity base -- pineapple, apricot -- with just a bit of yeasty mustiness swirled within. Good stuff. (#5192, 8/11/2013)

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber and draft from WAW. Pours hazy dark straw with off-white head. Nose is hopcitrus, mildly funky yeasty pale malt. Has well hidden alcohol, with flavors of bready funky yeasty malt, hopcitrus, and fruit. Not stellar, and a bit muddled, but not bad.
