COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed as a tribute to our friend Christopher, whose untimely passing warranted a "Big Deal Brew". A hoppy blonde Belgian style ale with Columbus and Amarillo hops using our saison yeast.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Smells of resiny hops, some sweet sticky citrus, touches of earthy, dry funk. Tastes dry and resiny with a sticky sweet finish.

Saisony style Belgian. Doesn’t taste like a blonde because it has flavor. hops only in palate and a sharp short lived bitterness.
