On tap in sample glass: Pours hazy straw colored with a thick white head. Aroma of coriander, spices, banana, and Belgian funk. Taste is fairly mild with a slight sweetness followed by a lot of coriander and funk. Pretty fizzy for a saison, light to medium body, pretty good.

Tap. Pours a slightly hazy straw gold with a small fizzy white head that fell to a wispy film. The nose is pretty nice, very subtle on the spice, not overdone at all. Light wheat, a touch of lemon, and some light yeast. The flavor is a bit heavy on the spice, but not terribly. Lots of clove and coriander with a lemony smack on the finish. Spicy and prickly mouthfeel with fine fizzy carbonation and a lingering lemony finish. Not bad, not a favorite for the style, but this is a decent effort.

Dogbrick (8671) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Sample at the brewpub. Cloudy pale orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that diminishes slowly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Citrus, wheat and toasted malt in the nose. Medium-bodied with flavors of roast malt, ripe fruit and spicy wheat. The finish is sweet with a fruit and wheat aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours cloudy, light golden with a white head. Aroma of light spices, pale malts, floral and citrusy hops, and wheat. Flavor the same with a nice hoppiness. Average texture. A good beer for this style.

sampler at brewpub, this actually hid the alcohol well. I dont know how some of their beers are incredibly boozy and some you cant taste any booze at all. Anyways, a saisony belgian wit. Strong citrus notes, I like a lot.
