Perfumey floral nose, some pepperlike qualities, grass and caramel.Very bitter, herbal, floral and white pepper flavors. Some citrus notes come through as it warms a bit. Bitter citrus and pepper finish, mildly herbal. Solid, as usual from Willimantic, but paled in comparison to the VEG I have before it. Still, well done.
