Hazy medium yellow colour with a small, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, pineapple, soured milk, lacto, light band-aid. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, fruity, baking yeast, dry, citrus lemon tart, light sour milk. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Nice ;D [20121110]

Pours clear golden without a head. Aroma has notes of malt, lactos, citrus and sourness. Taste is light sweet and medium to heavy sour with a dry sour finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2012 It’s a lightly hazy, yellowish golden beer with a small, almost non-existant white head. The aroma is lemony and sourish, with a touch of pale malts. It’s quite carbonated, medium-bodied and dry, with a lovely sourish lemony flavor. Some yeasty hints. Quite tart in the swallow, with a nice lemony and sour flavor. Lightly teeth cleansing. Overall, certainly a beer I could drink a lot of, especially in the summer time while mowing the lawn or just relaxing. 121110

Clear dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, sour and lacto. Flavour is malt, wheat, sour, lacto, tart and a little acid.

Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, sour malt, citrus, grain and vinegar. Nice and sour.
