Tap. Light malt and hop aromas of cereal and herbs. Head is large, frothy, white with some slippery lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is muddy amber/tan. Flavor starts slightly sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is light to medium, dry, with lively carbonation. Nothing bad about this American Pale Ale, there is just not a whole lot to it, which does relate to good drink-ability.

Pours gold with a creamy white head. Smells fruity with some hoppy elements. Nice malty taste with some citrussy elements on the finish.

Wild Ale take 2.... much better this time around. Second runnings of Willi Whammer ’06, fermented in the kettle without any temp control. Pours a milky hazy golden with a fine finger of white head. Aroma is very earthy and musty, wood and grass with citrussy and floral hop aromas. Starts off with some and earthy grassy flavor, followed by some citrussy hops, the finished out bone dry with mild bitterness and some funky hay and grass flavors. Tasty, refreshing, and much more drinkable than the last.
