Draft. Hazy amber body with small off-whtie head. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some orange. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, light bread. Medium body, light resin, fairly drinkable.

Growler from the brewery. This is a fast and harsh bitter IPA. There’s something endearing about, it probably as a result of the prickly and super-fresh pineapple/coconut/cactus aroma and the fresh hop flavors that come with the strong wash of up front bitterness that slowly dries up into a biting, parching strong bitter finish. Could use some more sugar for this amplitude of bitterness, but the flavors are worth it.

on tap at the brewery, a very bitter grassy ipa, very light malt backbone leads to an extremely dry bitter ipa.
