On tap. Pours light golden with a thin head. Aroma of light toasted malts with some caramel and wheat notes and floral hops. Flavor the same, with malts coming through towards the end. Very carbonated. A pretty interesting beer for this style.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Growler from a recent trade... Pours a semi-hazy apple cider hue and topped with wispy thin film of white head... Aroma of semi-sweet toasted grain with almost no hints of tart ot sourness... Flavors are much of the same with barely a modicum of shy subtle tartness. Lots of grain. Fair bodied wit adequate carbonation. Probably not the best representation of the style.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow/gold with a white head. Smells of citrus, some sweet wheat, some tarte undertones. Tastes slightly tarte and lactic with a citrussy finish. Not bad, but not as full bodied or tarte as I’m used to.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: SEP 11, 2011 Nah, it’s got the same tartness as party phunk. Tastes like rotten fruit, spoiled milk. Not a fan

On tap at the brewpub. Light grain and wheat aroma. General wheaty tang. Clean flavors, but light on acid and complexity for me. Incredibly drinkable, but a nip thin. A good brewpub example.
