Ancient backlog. Aroma of citrus with some yeast character. Flavor wheaty with some citrus. Very basic, and thankfully only in the finish is there a hint of sugary, syrupy sweetness. Served rather overcarbonated.

Draught @ Brewpub: This one poured a hazy golden color. It had a small white head onit and left no lacing. The aroma was a lighter wheat aroma with some citrus notes. The taste was pretty similar. I did detect a faint sweetness that may have been the maple syrup. Not bad.

On tap at the brewpub. The description of this beer was a little frightening, but in the end, it wasn’t so bad. Pours a cloudy light orange with a small white head. Aroma of light cracker malt and citrus. Flavor of maple syrup (only lightly), sweet malt, citrus, and some bitter hops in the finish. Not as bad as I had expected, but not great either. 6/4/7/3/13 (3.3/5)

Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. Smells of wheat and citrussy. Tastes of sweet wheat with some earthy spicy hints on the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Murky, dirty gold with a white head. Lightly wheaty nose, lemony and floral. Flavor has a nice herbal hop bite. Interesting spin on the style.
