Pours a clear golden color with a thick off white head...great retention and lacing. Aroma has lots of stonefruits...mango, peach...and some orange and melon. Flavor follows suit and adds layers of melon and spice...fabulous floral hoppy flavor. Mouthfeel is light/medium and the finish is fruity/herbal and bitter.

4 oz sample at the brewery. Pours a clear golden orange color with a small frothy head, leaves some webbing. Looks oily on the sides. Awesome aroma. Great mix of fruit, flowers, and pine. Reminds me of Witch’s Hat Big Doedish, which I love. Taste is very good as well. Light sweetness and light bitterness. Lots of passionfruit, citrus, pine, and flowers. A little pale malt in the finish. Medium body and a fairly oily mouthfeel. Love this IPA.

Draft. Pours a translucent copper with a beige head of foam. Aroma is grassy, fruity, and herbal. Good lord this is a tasty IPA. Sweet at first but gives way to a mild bitterness in the finish. Very good. I had no idea how great this beer was. Just as deserving as the peanut butter coffee Porter of praise.

Burnished gold color with a fluffy off white head. Big orange citrus and tropical fruit hop nose. Sharp hop flavors of grapefruit zest and orange peel over a strong malty backbone. This paired very well with the chicken chorizo melt.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This starts with a great floral/pine aroma from the hops. The beer pours a clear light amber, with a thin white head. This is a hop forward beer, a nice blast of pine notes, with a touch of sweetness in the middle. There’s a long bitter finish, which lingers. This is a solid American IPA, and one I’ll be getting more of.
