Steady grower that seems bland at first; clean and pleasant coniferous hop and watery toffee balance, crushed digestive afters, squeeze of tea. Quite dry in the finish, some thistle-like milky greenery. Solidly English, malty, hoppy, good.... maeib (4776), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England

Amber coloured, with a frothy, off-white head that left lots of lacing down the glass. Aroma of fruity malts, a hint of caramel and some earthy hops. Flavour had some sweetish fruit, a touch of spice and a long, bitter finish. Very drinkable.
