COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mangos grown in a secret location in Pinedale are infused into our Weiss beer, making a very refreshing, surprisingly fruity wheat ale.

On draught at the Old Chicago yesterday. The pour is a light hazy yellow with a small and quickly receding head of foam leaving little lacing behind. The smell is big mango notes with a light yeasty aroma. The taste has the mango in your face, light yeasty notes, some lemony tartness. It started off being very tasty but the further I got in, the more time I took to take the next sip. Light bodied with a semi watery finish. A decent brew that didn’t keep me all that interested for the entire session. 01-15-2012

On tap at the brewpub it is a cloudy yellow good withba slightvhead. The aroma is mango peachy and the taste is bitter mango candy flavor

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Mango aroma. Flavor of mango and white pepper. Crisp finish.

Draft. Aroma of mango juice and maybe stone fruit, creamy across the palate short finish. Its really all stone fruit experience with light wheat undertones probably coming from the fact that its unfiltered. Interesting but not beer balanced with the beer characteristics for my personal preferences.
