A hybrid Pale Ale as big as Wyoming! An extremely large does of hops makes this brew the hoppiest of them all. This beer is dry hopped which adds a copious amount of hop aroma and resinous sweetness to its beautiful malty body.

can to glass shaker. Pours a cloudy amber with sparse yellowish head. Nice balance of malt & hop flavors. Hops are definitely on the more bitter side, like grapefruit skin. Pretty nice.

This is definitely an IPA even if the can says ’pale ale’. Huge citrus aroma and a bigger citrusand hop bomb in the flavor. Long lasting bitterness in the finish.

Big fucken can @ home, thanks to R@@@@@@ for picking this up for me in Lander, Wyoming. My first WPA!! Pours a bit hazy dark orange appearance with a light brown head. Hops are bit spicy, a little green, and grapefruit juicy. Some caramel notes as well. Carbonation is a bit dull. Flavor has a fair amount of toast, grapefruit, orange citrus, and a bit of pine. Ok.

Big can at home, courtesy of Armin. Thanks man! Pour is slightly hazy rust with a big white head and decent lacing. Sweet caramelly, grassy, marshmallow, bready, somewhat spicy, fusel, and cardboardy aroma. Taste is grass, old hops, light bread, sweet caramel, toffee, lemon, and grapefruit with a medium bitter finish. medium body with high carboantion. Pretty boring IPA.

Pour out of 16 oz can, hazy dark reddish pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of citrus, some orange, grapefruit, pine, into some caramel, toffee, bready notes, slight lemon note as well. Taste is a mix of grass, spice, some slight orange, lemon, hints of bready, caramel notes, finishing fairly bitter, dry. Wish it tasted more like it smelled, but it was decent.

Pour is murky brown with a foamy off white head. Aroma is a mix of citrus and floral notes. Initial flavour is a bit of candy sweetness that transitions through to various layers of bitterness. Finish is long with a long bitterness that is a bit more harsh than pleasent.

From a 16 oz can into a Chimay chalice. Copper amber color with small head and lace. Aroma of grassy and floral hops, sweet malts, citrus. Significant carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of grapefruit hops, bitter roots, grassy hops, slight charcoal. Overall big and bold with some rough bitterness.

Sample at GABF 2013. Pours hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma is floral, grapefruit, light earthy, citrus and light caramel malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

The candied aroma is quite amazing. The alcohol is well hidden beneath a pronounced malt and loads of hops. Fruit, grain and a bit of resin and whiff of gumball round out flavors. Although sweetness is present, it is balance by some bitterness.

Appearance - Pours a very dark orange with a 1-finger head that dissipates quickly. Aroma - Candy malt sweetness. Modest citrus/pine hop aroma. Picked up a little bit of ripe melon aroma as well. Taste - Piney, overly bitter. There is hardly any carbonation, which really impacts the flavor in a negative way. The middle of the mouth has a caramel sweetness and the finish is dry. I also picked up a little bit of a grassy flavor. Mouthfeel - Full bodied. Barely any carbonation. Dry finish. Overall - This beer is okay. For an IPA, it could have more hop flavor and aroma to balance out the bitterness. I think that if it was carbonated properly it would be a decent beer however, I think this beer would be better classified as an American Strong Ale instead of an IPA.

16 oz. can. Pours a hazy antique gold with a moderate linen white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left partial lace. Pleasant aroma of caramel, malt, grapefruit and pine. The flavor is similar to the aroma but is more concentrated, particularly the hops. Moderate bitterness at the finish. Dries out a bit towards the end as well. Medium bodied. Solid.
