Canned at Jock Safari Lodge, Krugerwildtuin. Golden coloured. Grassy and malty with notes of hops and bready. Fairly clean and fresh lager. Medium bodied.

Found this one bottled in St. Charles, Illinois. For my first Namibian beer, I was impressed. Dark yellow pour, bubbly and clear with a foamy white head. Slightly sweet, malty nose. Interesting taste -- a little bit sweet, like clover honey. This actually tasted similar to many honey lagers I’ve had. Finished clean. One of the best pale lagers on the market, I’m afraid!

The aroma has malt and some hops with a hint of metal also. The appearance is golden with a two finger head that falls pretty fast. The flavor is dry at first with an astringent metallic taste then it finishes malty. The palate is thin. There really isn’t much I want to say about this one other than it’s very similar to other beers I have had from Africa.

Bottled. Orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is hops and some weirdish sweetness. Flavour is sweet malts and a bit hoppy. Overall quite sweetish thing.

Bottle from Party Source with Best before date of April of 2003. Pourd clear amber color with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Medium sweet grainy aroma. Light body with a syrupy texture. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish. Very sweet pale lager.

Bottled (BB 03/2007)
Golden color, decent white head. Faint fruit esters and hops in the nose. Cardboardish malty with some sugary notes in the background. Drinkable but not very interesting or good.
