Bottle from Christof, post Confed Cup, Johannesburg. Pretty bloody awful,; watery, insipid...Should have just stuck to water really. Dross.

340ml bottle. Clear and sparkling with moderate carbonation.Golden light honey colour with a soft white head and sweet honey aroma. Taste is oaky, some sweetness with very little bitterness. A nice surprise.

Had this one during my holiday in Australia april/may 2009. This one in Hong Kong on the way back. In a beer bar :) Golden colored brew. Sweet aroma. Sweet, crispy flavor. Refreshing.

Bottle. Yellow color. Natural aroma, subtle caramel, open fields. Pale and clear with a fluffy lingering head. Lightly bitter with a distinct natural taste. Body is light, with soft carbonation with a long finish. Brewed in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot.

Bottle. Pours yellow with a small white head. Sweet malt and grassy hops are noticeable. Slight sourness on the palate but it’s an OK lager with good bitterness.

Bottle, The Cave. Yellow colour, medium white head. Aroma is malty. Flavour is sweet malty, caramel. Fairly bitter.

Clear light yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cabbage waiter, vegetable, cardboard, paper. Flavor is light sweet with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081231]

ersma: mein land nr. 35 kräftig goldene farbe, etwas flüchtiger schaum. geruch ist lager-typisch: würzig, hopfig, dumpf. antrunk süßlich mit deutlich herbem unterton. zur mitte hin dominiert die herbe. im abgang kommt das malz hervor, aber begleitet von hopfen, der sich jedoch von der lieblichen seite zeigt. die flasche is nich schlecht - aber auch nich doll. ein doppelschwung unterm "h" reicht halt nich, um aus einem durchschnitts-etikett ein dolles zu machen. fazit: ein austauschbares lager, das auch aus sonstwo kommen könnte.
