| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 25, 2003 Sparkling light straw colour with a fine, slow-moving carbonation and whisp of white foam. This is about as pretty as a yellow beer can get. Grassy aroma, with a light spiciness and bready malt background. Again, about as good as this type of beer can do. Clean, grassy body. Moderately full for abv level. Carbo is soft but insistent. Finish is sweetish, grassy, balanced. The label looks a bit like Carlsberg and it is a very Carlsbergian beer - a light lager that is very clean and well-executed. Certainly not a show-stopper, but worthy of respect for its technical precision.
