Its soft, not too fizzy and just the right sie of malty for a good hot day. It has hints of tobacco and just a little shade of burnt cedarwood....if you believe all the b*llocks that the others have written - ignore them - it slips down a treat and tastes fantastic. beerman87 (1), USA does not count | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Feb 19, 2008 it a very good beer with very very goot tast and is smooth with no bad after taste and have i very wondetful kick to it... my over all take of this beer is good on a 1 to 10 scale i give a 8 helldog (1), England does not count | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 22, 2004 Ok this is my first rating so maybe I have gone a little high. Its the best African beer I have had. I like to drink it very cold. Its crisp, goes down very easily and never gives you that ’bloated’ feeling in you guts. Also I find myself in agreeance with many others, no hangover. Looks very tempting in a tall glass if poured right, try to do it in one pour. It should be noted that if you are being served in Tanzania most bar tenders/waitress will bugger it up and give you about half a glass of head. So insist on doing it yourself and enjoy.
