Aroma has hay, butter, some grassy hops and grainy malt. Flavour has butter, some metal, mint, hints of grass and alcohol. A bit unusual flavour for a helles.

500ml bottle. Clear pale golden colour with huge, but unstable and completely fading white head. Slightly sweet grainy aroma. Monotonous taste, slightly sweet caramel malt, sour note by fizziness of carbonation. Somewhat neutral and boring overall.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly doughy and minimally grainy pale malty aroma with shy notes of herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. Slightly grainy pale malt-character with a light note of herbal and slightly grassy hops. It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of straw, bread, malt and light citrus. The flavour is mild and has a light sweetness and notes as the aroma. The finish is dry.

500 mL bottle from Beers of Europe. Golden hell, fizzy and with an unsatisfying head. Smells malty and slightly acidic. A little more bock to it than most lagers, pretty fresh on the palate. However in all honesty this is pretty bland. You’ll find much worse but there will always be something better than this on the shelf.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Boring, thin, slightly soapy. Few hops. Chemical cereal flavours. There’s little here to commend this. It’s drinkable, but not very nice.
