COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We have introduced a new beer for the summer.

Eton Boatman is our second golden ale – perfect for cheering on the Olympic rowing outdoors.

Eton Boatman has a fresh clean and full flavoured taste with an ABV of 4.3%. It is brewed with a combination of American Citra hops with citrus flavours and Australian Galaxy hops with hints of exotic fruit.

All the 2012 London Olympic rowing events take place at Dorney Lake less than a mile away from our brewery. Owned and run by Eton College, it has become the top rowing centre in the UK.

Eton Boatman is now available in pubs and is available from the brewery shop in casks, 5 litre minicasks & minikegs plus 2 litre PET bottles.

Cask@Bree Louise, London, during Olympics. Clear golden looks with a smallish white head. Restrained nose with some hoppage lurking. Quite pleasant citrus fruitiness alongside sweet malts and slightly lacklustre hops in the flavour. Dryish finish. Inoffensive, unremarkable yet drinkable golden ale.

Cask, half, shared with Finn at Bree Louise. Patches across the surface. Deep, golden amber. Mid-sweet malts and dusty hops to the nose. Bittersweet citrus fruits to the taste buds. Half-dry, bitter endnotes. Decent blond ale (London, 05.11.2012).
