330 ml bottle - Pours a dark rich amber, heavy carbonation and frothy white head but not much lacing. Smooth to drink but a weak palate. You can smell the spices but I couldn't get the jasmine.

Cask Pint at Edward Rayne (JDW), Raynes Park, London in June 2013 - Orangey Gold in colour. Fruity; orange and grapefruit citrus. Hoppy; moderate grassy and piney hop bitterness. Malty; toasty malts, caramel. Good balance. Mildly fruity hoppy throughout. Very drinkable.

Cask at the Windsor and Eton brewery. Not sure that the jaggery sugar in this works too well. Lends a burnt taste that battles against the hops.

JonMoore (1807) - Loughborough, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 13, 2013
Bottle - dark amber colour with a slim, soon gone white head. Aroma of grassy hops, sweet malts. Flavour similar with developing bitterness in a longish finish. Not particularly IPA ish, not that good.

Aroma: sweet and malty, little hops, not very pleasant though. Appearance: dark but clear amber. Taste: sweet. Palate: turns bitter, longish finish. Overall: no typical IPA, but does not work for me. Bottle from Waitrose.

maxwelldeux (3070) - Everett, Washington, USA - OCT 19, 2013
Bottle. Pours a very clear amber color with almost no head on it. Nose is hoppy, but seems a bit old, like the hops have turned - I get a bit of floral notes in there, but not much else. Taste is definitely a bit bitter, but still seems old. Meh.
