Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, cautious bitter hoppy overtones, a touch of chalk; dry, minimally strawy finish

Cask at the Reading Beer Festival 2012. Pours clear, orange-gold with a bubbly foam head. Crunchy grains and ripe citrus fruits mingle in the nose. Medium sweet flavor, floral, with toasty dough and herbal hops. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet, lightly sticky finish with some grass, corn and mellow flowers. Nice.

Sweetish flavor with some dusty malt, a bit of caramel, light fruitiness and some earthy hops bitterness and spicy notes. Medium-bodied.

Bottle. Light amber, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty and sweetish aroma, caramel and berry fruitiness. Body is light to medium, malty and sweetish flavor, caramel and berry fruitiness, faint hoppyness. Finish is average malty and sweetish, some caramel and some fruitiness, light grassy - herbal hoppyness. Caramel sweetish and fruity bitter - nothing special.
