Bottle at home from alesela, day 3 of beervent as chosen by daisy.
hazy dark chestnut amber with beige lacing sticky toffee resinous like SNPA. Full bodied, sweet, moderate carbonation, mango rind but pretty heavy and sticky. Pithy citrus bitterness with a fairly vegetal astringency.

Bottled 28/10/14, so about 3 weeks old. Dark brown, pretty clear, still, big foamy off-white head. Aroma is sweet caramel, pollen, perfume. Body is light, touch of carbonation, foamy. Taste is metallic, blood, tangy, watery. Yuck - worst IPA Ive ever tried. Smells fine, but tastes terrible. I can honestly say Id prefer a Carling! Ive had to decrease aroma, palate and appearance scores in order to rate this fairly.

Nilz (419) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - NOV 15, 2014
Bottle from Grunting Growler Glasgow, pours a light but rich mahogany with a fluffy third of an inch thick beige head. Aroma, nice note of resin and pine with caramel. Taste, citrus but cloaked by malt and fruit with a dry bitter finish. I thought this a really rather decent ale which Id look out for in future.
