Medium sweet , some slightly juicy apple sweetness, balanced with an almost limey acidity. Some light farmhouse funk, which is always nice. DeepBlack (387), Derby, Derbyshire, England

Very clear, green-ish yellow colour.

Alcohol comes through strong in the aroma, banana notes fight through alongside a whiff of ’green’ apple. Very pale clear yellow body, no head. And, for a crumpy, it’s a very subtle taster - a gentle, slightly sour ’fresh’ apple flavour with a passing puckering dryness.
