Draught only. Available in 23 litre keg and 10 or 20 litre bag-in-box (and in half gallon and gallon containers drawn from the cask at the farm shop).
A medium, still cider made from a blend of apple varieties.
Note: It is believed that the sparkling bottled variants that were labeled as "Samís" have been rebranded under the "Samís Poundhouse" brand.

A smooth refreshing, clean cider with a strong apple taste.
Samís Medium Cider is named in honour of Sam Inch who started the tradition of cider making on the Hatherleigh Road site. It is a clear refreshing drink, made in the traditional manner using only the finest ingredients and the latest machinery to ensure a consistent, delicious product. It is between the taste of dry and sweet and is a very popular cider.

On cask at Henryís Bar, Paignton, Devon. Appearance - pale golden with no head and no bubbles. Nose - dry tangy apples. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture and a dry tangy finish. Overall - decent cider and very drinkable given the ABV.

UPDATED: JUN 21, 2015 Draught keg @ the Queens Arms . Brixham ,Devon. The rednecks at this pube think their warm low boost golds are ívibrant í and hoppy . Jesus Christ man get a clue or palate . This cider was adequate in the farmhouse genre or style . Acidic tart apple with some sugar notes . Medium balance as an ok dryness lurks on the finish . An easy 6% cider to drink but . Get a clue Moran West Country .

Box from Tally Ho, Devon pub. Very clear, glassy, and flat. Fresh apply aroma is sweet-tart with crisp Ladysmith apple character. Smooth slightly sticky palate. Very good level of acidity and a nice rustic astringency that dries out the tongue and makes it want more. Juicy. Very enjoyable cider overall, again one that probably deserves a higher rating than what I gave it.

From the barrel from Middle Farm , courtesy Rastacouere. Clear straw colour. Quite agricultural aroma with a modicum of farmyard and manure. More fruity on the palate. Sweetish mouthfeel with restrained tannins. A pleasant, easy drinking farmhouse cider.

Plastic milk bottle from Middle Farm, thanks to Chris. Golden with no head. Sweet and slightly medicinal aroma with a more sour apple taste and hint of vanilla. Simple yet effective.

A Mes rate: Plastic milk bottle from Middle Farm thanks to Chris (and probably David too). Woody and sourwith some nice sweetness but not enough dryness. Juicy and straight down the line cider.

Bottled from Middle Farm drunk at Chris_oís HogTownHarry meet up. Clear gold with no head. Some baby vomit on aroma. Pretty harmless in mouth, some apple juice, no dryness even for a medium. Apple juicy on finish, aroma is not terrific, but rest is fine.

Jug. Shared with chris_o, mes_and_sim, harrisoni, reakt and duff - via chris_o. Slightly oily-looking gold pour, a tinge of green. Quite a funky, almost sour aroma of green apple, a hint of lambic lemon tartness. Tasteís the same - less sour, more of a straight-ahead ripe apple cider character. Light body, medium acidity, ultimately surprisingly sweet. Very nice.
