Bottle: Cloudy, mid-sized yellowish head; ripe bananas and lemons in the nose; moderate sweet-sourish flavour with a tinge of bitterness, medium bodied, soft MF; solid sweet-fruity (oranges) finish with an almost vinous touch and a faint tartness. Very pleasant, well rounded Weizen.........

(bottle) Cloudy, orange golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Moderately sweet and slightly sourish fruity (citrus, banana) nose with wheat and vanilla, accompanied by spicy phenols staying in the background (cloves, band aid). Slightly sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, rather light bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheaty and moderately yeasty and fruity taste with a slim and delicately fruity (unripe bananas) finish. Nice and pretty refreshing Hefeweizen (11.08.08).

Bottled. An unclear dark orange beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty. The flavor is sweet wheaty - very clean but lacking character, leading to a dry wheaty finish.
