clear sparkling gold body with a billowy white head, proper appearance for German pils. mineral-rich nose of calcium with mild touches of sulfer, clean yeast profile, lightly grassy and spicy German hops and a clean, succulent and crisp pilsner malt toastiness. well-made though pedestrian and basic, which isn’t a criticism as this one was easily quaffable and enjoyed very much.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 220313

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear pale yellow, large and fluffy head. Hoppy nose. Quite hoppy, very lively carbonation, which gives it an unusual mouthfeel. Bitter-sweet character, reminds me of a Czech Pilsener. I think I would haven enjoyed it even more, if the carbonation had not been so lively.

Medium gold with a thin head. Aroma is sweet. Flavour is herbal hop with a bitter sweet finish.

bottle. pretty standard stuff - hay aroma, quite pale, some honey and dandelion malt and then a metallic bitter finish. very thin though

Bottle. Pretty clean and thin, some sour-ish malt, sweetish and fizzy, pretty boring pils.

Draft @ brewery. Bright clear gold, with thick white head and rising bubbles. Fresh grassy aroma is subtle, earthy, and meadowy. Lots of sweet grain in there. Pretty well-balanced. Soft, gently carbonated and fairly thick. Good dose of hops for a clean floral finish that is balanced by a lot of sweet grains.

Tap. Very attractive pearling golden, rocky white head served in a tall flute, really nice. Flowery and light grassy aroma. Dry sparkly body, medium body, quite chewy though, chalky dry, nice grassy and aromatic hop profile, dry grassy aftertaste. Really enjoyable pilsner.

0.5 l bottle. Golden color. Sweetish honeyish aroma with scent of barley field. Sweetish honeyish malty flavor with medium bitterness and restrained herbal hoppiness. OK beer, could have more hops.

500 ml bottle. BBE 19.05.2012.
Pours a clear golden colour with a foamy white head. Aroma of bread, hay and strong grassy hops. Flavour of bread, sweet honey, strong grassy hops and a good malty backbone. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a dry bitter finish with hay. A nice dry Pils.
