Bottle (purchased at the brasserie): Pale golden, small, but very stable lacing head, distinctive sweet-malty and grainy nose, heavily supported by herbal oaky (Tettnang?) hops; light bodied, soft MF, very solid bitter-sweet flavour; lingrering aromatic-hoppy (herbal, flowery) finish with a good dash of sweet malt. A very nice Pils, far better than the typical german monotonous Pilseners..........
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 MoritzF (7756) - Bochum, GERMANY - SEP 23, 2007

Bitter flavour with little malty sweetness in the wings, light bodied, crispy, slightly sharp carbonation. Soft malty base, nice herbal hops character; dry and bitter, herbal hoppy finish. Not a perfect Pilsener but surely a pretty drinkable and refreshing one with a nice hop bite.
