Commercial Description:
WinterCoat's Brown Ale is just what a real English Brown Ale should be - more malt than hop flavor, full-bodied and well-rounded - no sharp edges here! We've used 5 types of malt and 2 of traditional English hop varieties in our Brown Ale, which has resulted in a dark, fresh-tasting ale with a nutty aftertaste and Wintercoat's characteristic richness of flavor.

Hazy and dark chestnut with a lasting creamy head. Malt, fruit and even a hint of strawberries in the aroma. Sweet and relatively simple flavour, but it’s well made and one of the best in The Country of Boring Brown Ale.

On tap at The cockney pub, Aarhus: Unclear murky brown with thick white head. Aroma and taste of roasted malts - little caramel sweetness Extremely low carbonation. Flat. Watery texture. Very ordinary brown ale.
