WinterCoat Cockney Imperial Stout | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Commercial Description: Cockney Imperial Stout was born at the request of Mike Wilson, publican and proprietor of Cockney Pub in Århus. Mike talked Niels Jørn into brewing a whole batch of a rich, dark, very strong stout exclusively for his pub. The stout went like wildfire, and 800 litres were sold from a single tap in the small pub in just 5 weeks! Rumors of this amazing stout spread to the rest of the country, convincing Niels that this smooth, black beer should be a constant in the WinterCoat selection. It, like many of WinterCoat's strong beers, goes down deceivingly smoothly.
