Flavor is malty, hop flavor, nice hop bitter. Mouthfeel is medium body, kinda watery, with med-high carbonation. Overall, I thought this was a tasty beer....I would want again.

Bought on Feb2013 at Barleywine, Copenhagen. Best before Jan14 per bottle. Drank on 17-Apr. Pours a hazy light orange with carbonation on the (very) low side. Most predominant smell is sour (Geuze) like. If there are any hops, they are covered by this smell. Tastes sour as well, lemon, lactic acid, raspberries, pineapple. No bitterness at all, just sourness. Flavor is not bad (not a Cantillon either), just not an IPA. Just relabel Lambic and age, and maybe you have a winner.

Bottle from the Brewery. Hazy amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma of malt, fruit and also citrus. Taste is sweet malty, caramel and some hops. Bitter finish of hops.

Bottle collected from brewery - hazy copper colour with a medium diminishing white head. Sweet malty caramel taste with some pine but only slight hop nuances. Has an almost sour taste at end. Ok overall.

On tap at The Birch in Norfolk. Pours copper color with a nice white head. Aromas of pine, resin, citrus. Good balance but is lacking a bit of hops on the finish.

Hazy gold beer, good white head. Quite an aged malt nose! Light semi dry palate. Creamy malt nose, whisper of smoke. Slight sour note before the hops kick in - smooth orange and a trace of grapefruit. Finishes creamy and with light fruits. Well joined up and slightly off the beaten track.

[5/12/12] Hand-pump draught sample at Ølfestival København 2012. Almost clear deep amber brownish color with a medium beige head. Aroma of malt, candies (some gummy bears) and some floral hops. Sweet candy-ish flavor, pretty malty, with a bit of honey and a somewhat bitter finish with a bit of hops. Not very DIPA-like, but kinda OK. Medium-bodied.

På CBF. I fjor var alle ølene til Wintercoat en minneverdig opplevelse, i år en gedigen skuffelse. Iflg bryggeren er det i denne brukt dobbelt så mye av de samme humler som i IPA Gold, uten at dette hjelper. Ufrisk smak av overmodne bringebær. Vammelt, greide ikke å drikke opp.

Pours an amber colour with a white head. Aroma of sweet bubblegum, caramel and some nuts. Flavour of sweet malts, lingonberries, caramel and some hops. Light bodied, soft carbonation and a long juicy finish with some alcohol. Juice without hops.

Pours hazy golden color with medium head. Aroma of berries, mild hoppy fruits, grass and caramel. Flavour of mild sourish berries, fruits, bilberry juice and some caramel notes. A mildly hopped berry juice.

Bottle. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. aroma is hop, malt, floral . Flavour is smoked, apricot, floral, hop, malt, citrus. Nice beer.
