COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Krydret ale. Nr. 2 i serien af WinterCoat egnsøl. Niels Jørn Thomsen har længe tumlet med ideen om egnsøl, der tager inspiration fra specifikke egne og gør brug af lokale ingredienser. Den første egnsøl var Vildmoseøl. Nu præsenteres Mols Øl, som er brygget med byg-, hvede-, havre-, og rugmalt, og blidt krydret med vild timian og enebærgrene. Farven er mørk rav, med en rødlig glød. Smagen er let sødlig, med en fint afstemt bitterhed, og en frisk eftersmag, hvor rug, enebær og timian anes i fin harmoni. Den friske lethed egner sig især til fisk, kylling, svinekød og frokostretter.

Draught at Københavns Øldage 2009, Valby. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty caramel spicy aroma. Sweetish malty caramel flavor with some spicy hints and some fruity hints. Has a sweetish malty caramel finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, caramel, toffee, berry notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20090516]

Cask at Copenhagen Beerfestival. A hazy, dark golden beer with a nice, small, off-white head. Bready, toffee-ish nose with peachy fruityness. Slightly sugary. Sweet, peachy flavor with some bread and caramel. Pleasant bitterness in the background. A full-bodied, well-carbonated beer with a lasting finish with good bitterness. A nice and easy drinkable beer that goes down easlily. (090515)

Cask at CBF2008. Medium amber colour and hazy. Head is off-white and mostly diminishing. Aroma is moderate malty, light bread, toasted, notes of licorice. Flavor starts moderate sweet and finish moderate bitter. Dry texture and nice soft carbonation, thanks to the hand-pumped beer.
